Job Description

In the transfer pricing team, you will deepen your knowledge both in the field of transfer pricing and international taxes, as well as project management skills, working with a team of professionals and building relationships with clients.You will gain professional experience on projects for the largest corporations in the world.Ey Advantage is a newly established company within the Ey group.Together we create a team for special tasks.

• Preparing and updating transfer pricing documentation for selected transaction categories
• Creating comparative analyses for transfer pricing reporting purposes
• Preparing TPR-C reports
• Creating financial analyses
• Elements of transaction valuation including DCF analyses
• Verifying and evaluating data and information provided by clients, sourced from databases for transfer pricing projects
• Acquiring and transferring knowledge to junior team members

You will use tools such as Microsoft Copilot and Ey.ai Eyq – a private and secure generative AI platform, as well as other unique solutions often available only at Ey. Ai at Ey supports daily analytical work, data processing, and the creation of new solutions, allowing you to focus on insights, quality, and real value for the client. We regularly invest in new technologies to create an environment where innovation is a practical tool rather than an addition. Our requirements include:

• At least 2 years of experience in conducting comparative analyses (margin analyses and/or financial transaction analyses) and preparing transfer pricing documentation
• Ability to use financial databases such as TP Catalyst, Refinitiv Eikon, and Bloomberg
• Ability to collect and process data and information available in public databases, including financial reports, and perform analytical processing and draw conclusions from them
• Higher education (preferred in the fields of law, finance, economics, etc.)
• Very good knowledge of Polish and English (min. B2)
• Very good knowledge of MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
• Desire to develop skills in: process improvement of comparative analysis and data processing, business analysis of companies and creation of economic analyses for transfer pricing, building tools and improvements based on artificial intelligence
