Product Owner (Ecommerce SAP)
As a Product Owner within client, you will drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution of digital capabilities spanning Ecommerce platforms and SAP ERP. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, digital teams, solution architects, and externalpartners to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions that support our commercial, operational, and customer-facing processes. This role is ideal for a highly analytical, customer-centric, and technology-savvy Product Owner who thrives in a fast-paced, global environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy Vision: Define and maintain the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Ecommerce and SAP integrated capabilities. Translate business objectives into product goals, measurable outcomes, and prioritized feature sets. Drive alignment with clients digital transformation initiatives and industry best practices.
- Ecommerce Platform Ownership: Own the end-to-end lifecycle of Ecommerce products (e.g., B2B portals, customer ordering platforms, online catalogs, pricing availability engines). Collaborate with UX/UI, digital marketing, and commercial teams to enhance user experience, conversion, and customer journey. Ensure seamless integration of Ecommerce front-end platforms with SAP backend processes (order to cash, pricing, inventory management). Monitor platform performance, KPIs, and analytics to inform data-driven enhancements.
- SAP Product Ownership: Represent the business priorities for SAP modules related to Ecommerce and Sales (typically SD, MM, FI, GTS, MDG, SCM). Manage feature requirements for SAP functionalities such as order management, pricing, invoicing, material master, and availability checks (ATP). Work closely with SAP architects and functional consultants to ensure functional accuracy, integration quality, and process efficiency. Provide direction during SAP release cycles, test planning, and UAT execution.
