Professional Security Alliance, Inc. dba PSA, The PSA Network, and Edge located in Westminster, Colorado, is the world's largest systems integrator consortium.We are currently seeking a dynamic candidate for the role of Director of Sales – West Region.This role will be responsible for supporting day-to-day sales for 7 U.S. states & 1 Canadian province.The territory currently generates approximately $45M annually through established member purchasing activity, even without dedicated sales coverage.
Because PSA members are economically incentivized to transact through the network, this role participates in compensation tied to eligible product revenue landing within the territory, consistent with PSA's compensation plan.The Director of Sales is focused on deepening engagement, increasing wallet share, and accelerating growth within this existing revenue base.This position requires the ability to work cross-functionally with other departments, travel monthly and a strong desire to work in a fast-paced environment.This position will be based in the Western territory – preferably California.
This hands-on position is perfect for someone who wants to enhance this role by taking ownership and driving revenue.We offer a competitive salary and comprehensive compensation package including base plus commission, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401K with match and safe-harbor contribution, flex spending, tuition reimbursement, paid parental leave and PTO to qualifying employees.Salary range $100,000 - $125,000 annually plus commission with OTE between $150-175K, no cap.
