Axion Ray is looking for a Quality Insights Lead to join our Solutions team and help drive long-term customer value, retention, and expansion. This is an exciting opportunity to be deeply embedded in the customer journey, supporting enterprise clients post-onboarding and ensuring continued success through adoption, value delivery, and growth. The ideal candidate is a hybrid technical and client-facing professional who can effectively communicate across business, product, and engineering stakeholders.
