The Care Team Hospice is seeking an experienced and compassionate Regional Clinical Director to support and lead clinical excellence across our hospice locations. This is a high-impact leadership role for a Registered Nurse who is passionate about quality patient care, regulatory compliance, staff development, and operational support within hospice care.

As a Regional Clinical Director, you will partner closely with leadership teams to assess clinical performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and support agencies in achieving strong quality and compliance outcomes. This role will serve as a key clinical resource for branch leadership, providing guidance related to hospice regulations, documentation, patient care, survey readiness, education, and overall clinical operations.

We are looking for a collaborative leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is confident supporting multiple locations across a region. The ideal candidate will have strong hospice leadership experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coach and mentor teams while driving accountability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities: Partner with agency leadership across the region to support clinical operations, regulatory compliance, and quality improvement initiatives. Conduct site visits, clinical audits, and performance reviews to identify opportunities for operational and clinical improvement. Provide education, coaching, and mentorship to clinical leaders and interdisciplinary teams on hospice regulations, documentation, and best practices. Support agencies during state, federal, and accreditation surveys, including development and follow-up of plans of correction. Collaborate with operational and executive leadership to improve clinical outcomes, patient care quality, and key performance indicators across assigned locations.

Qualifications: Active and unrestricted RN license required. Minimum of 5 years of hospice leadership, quality improvement, or clinical management experience preferred. Strong understanding of hospice regulations, survey readiness, and clinical operations. Experience supporting multiple locations or regional oversight preferred. Proficiency with EMR systems and Microsoft Office applications preferred.

Schedule & Travel: Full-time, salaried position. Remote with regional travel (50–80%).
