  • Ensure patients receive high-touch, individualized guidance throughout their treatment journey.

Quality Assurance & Regulatory Compliance

  • Develop and implement quality assurance programs to monitor and improve the effectiveness of Medzown's clinical services.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements, healthcare standards, ethical guidelines, and industry best practices.
  • Monitor patient outcomes and continuously refine clinical support strategies to improve care delivery and engagement.

Collaboration & External Partnerships

  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with healthcare providers, genetic counselors, pharmaceutical organizations, and other industry stakeholders.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical, scientific, product, and technology teams to improve operational integration and service delivery.

Financial & Business Management

  • Manage the clinical operations budget and allocate resources effectively to support organizational growth and sustainability.
  • Track and report key financial, operational, and clinical performance indicators to executive leadership and stakeholders.
  • Drive workflow optimization, turnaround time improvements, and automation initiatives to increase operational efficiency.
