Investor Relations Manager
We are looking for a dedicated and goal-oriented Investor Relations Manager to join our team and support the senior leadership with administrative tasks, such as contacting and maintaining investor relationships, closing fundraising deals, and reporting updates.
You will collaborate closely with the PR, legal, and finance teams and work on building stronger relationships with existing and prospective investors. Additionally, you will create and manage the documentation on different investor-related procedures, reports, workflows, checklists, and memos for our databases.
Our ideal candidate is an expert with deep knowledge of the latest financial market trends and technologies and excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in one or more platforms such as Pitchbook, Crunchbase and Linkedin is crucial for the role.
Responsibilities
- Maintain our investor contact databases, investor relations and calendars
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all investor communication
- Create company presentations for meetings with external stakeholders
- Contribute to developing and implementing IR programs by providing insights into investor feedback to senior management
- Create, update, and maintain reports on stock/token price performance and market evaluations
- Organize important investor events, including online conferences, annual shareholder meetings, and quarterly earnings calls
- Assist the CEO in identifying growth opportunities, such as corporate funding programs, to build more investor partnerships
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a relevant field
- 3+ years of experience in Investor Relations or a similar role
- Outstanding analytical, communication, and time management skills
- Ability to interpret investment statistics and identify upcoming trends
- Familiarity with investor relations software, such as PitchBook, Capital IQ, or Crunchbase Insights
- A proven track record of raising capital
- Understanding of the funding round sequence, leading to M&A and exit strategy
