About the Role

Senior HR Generalist
LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking an experienced Senior HR Generalist to join a growing organization. This role is ideal for a human resources professional with a broad background across HR functions, including employee relations, benefits administration, and talent support, who is looking to make an impact in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will bring a hands-on approach to HR operations while supporting key initiatives that drive employee engagement and organizational success.
Responsibilities:
  • Support day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and personnel records management.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for HR compliance across a multi-state operation.
  • Assist with employee relations matters, including investigations, conflict resolution, and documentation.
  • Coordinate and administer employee benefits programs, including enrollments, changes, and employee communications.
  • Support recruitment efforts by coordinating interviews, managing job postings, and assisting with candidate communication.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Maintain and update HRIS systems, ensuring accuracy of employee data and reporting.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and programs.
  • Partner with leadership to support performance management processes, including reviews and employee development plans.
  • Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and company culture efforts.
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in a Human Resources Generalist or similar HR role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 based on experience
Hours: Monday through Friday
