OverviewWe are seeking an experienced
Supply Chain Specialist to support sourcing and purchasing activities in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. This position will play a key role in supplier coordination, cost analysis, and procurement support, with a strong emphasis on Excel-based reporting and analysis.
Key Responsibilities- Support sourcing and purchasing activities across assigned product categories
- Coordinate with suppliers to manage pricing, availability, lead times, and order fulfillment
- Analyze purchasing and inventory data using advanced Excel functions to support decision-making
- Assist with purchase order creation, tracking, and reconciliation
- Partner cross-functionally with operations, planning, and finance teams to ensure supply continuity
- Maintain accurate supplier, pricing, and purchasing documentation
- Identify opportunities to improve purchasing processes and cost efficiencies
Requirements- 3-5 years of experience in sourcing, purchasing, or supply chain operations
- Must have experience in medical and aerospace industries
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and data analysis
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving ability
- Ability to work full-time onsite with flexibility in work hours
Pay Details: $75,000.00 to $85,000.00 per year
