Join a fast-growing, acquisition-focused organization seeking a Senior Accountant - Consolidations to support global consolidations, intercompany accounting, and month-end close activities across a complex multi-entity environment. Responsibilities- Prepare consolidated financial statements, including Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement, and Equity reporting.
- Manage intercompany accounting activities, including eliminations, reconciliations, allocations, and invoicing.
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
- Work closely with finance teams across domestic and international entities to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Assist with audit support, lender reporting, and private equity reporting requirements.
- Contribute to acquisition integration activities and evolving consolidation processes.
- Participate in special projects and process improvements as the company continues to grow.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 5+ years of accounting experience with exposure to consolidations and intercompany accounting.
- Experience working in a multi-entity environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to investigate issues and connect the dots.
- Experience preparing consolidated financial statements.
- ERP experience with Deltek experience is a plus.
- CPA or CPA-track preferred.
