About the Role

Recruiter LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Recruiter with at least 2 years of experience working in a similar role. This is a Temporary opportunity located in Queens, NY. Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for clinical positions including Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Social Workers, Therapists, Behavioral Health Professionals, Case Managers, Medical Assistants, and other healthcare staff.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and department leaders to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
  • Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media platforms, professional associations, referrals, networking events, and community outreach initiatives.
  • Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and coordinate hiring manager interviews to assess candidate qualifications and organizational fit.
  • Maintain a consistent pipeline of active and passive candidates for hard-to-fill and high-volume positions.
  • Facilitate offer negotiations and support candidates through the onboarding process.
  • Track recruiting activity, hiring metrics, and candidate status within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, healthcare regulations, credentialing requirements, and organizational hiring policies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with nursing schools, universities, professional organizations, and community partners to support talent acquisition efforts.
Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years of Recruiting experience, preferably clinical experience
Work Site: Hybrid Employment Type: Temporary Salary: $28-30/hr
Pay Details: $28.00 to $30.00 per hour
