LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Senior Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant on behalf of a global client in the New York City market.

This is a high-impact contract opportunity supporting a high-profile C-suite executive/UHNWI. The ideal candidate is a polished professional who operates with discretion, composure, and exceptional organizational skills in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.

Position Overview:

The Senior Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to a senior executive. This role requires someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and highly resourceful, with the ability to anticipate needs and manage competing priorities seamlessly.

This position will support both business and personal logistics, requiring flexibility, sound judgment, and the ability to handle confidential matters with the highest level of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage complex, high-volume executive calendars, including scheduling across multiple time zones
  • Coordinate detailed domestic and international travel arrangements (flights, accommodations, ground transportation, itineraries)
  • Serve as a gatekeeper and liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders
  • Coordinate high-level restaurant reservations, events, and hospitality needs
  • Provide personal assistant support, including family-related logistics and scheduling
  • Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and briefing documents as needed
  • Track and manage expenses, invoices, and reimbursements
  • Anticipate executive needs and proactively resolve scheduling or logistical conflicts
  • Maintain strict confidentiality while handling sensitive information
  • Adapt quickly in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience supporting C-suite or UHNWI
  • Proven experience managing complex calendars and high-volume scheduling
  • Extensive experience coordinating domestic and international travel
  • Strong ability to work across multiple time zones
  • Experience providing both executive and personal assistant support
  • Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting high-profile or public-facing executives
  • Background in fast-paced environments such as finance, media, tech, or global organizations
  • Familiarity with luxury hospitality, dining, and event coordination
