Accounts Payable Vendor Management Specialist to support vendor onboarding, vendor maintenance, and Procure-to-Pay operations. This position is ideal for an AP professional who enjoys working with vendor data, compliance processes, and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities- Process vendor setups, updates, and maintenance requests
- Review vendor documentation, tax forms, and banking information
- Ensure accurate vendor records across ERP systems
- Partner with Accounts Payable and Procurement teams to resolve vendor-related issues
- Perform data validation, duplicate reviews, and compliance checks
- Support audit requests and internal control requirements
- Assist with vendor onboarding and system-related initiatives
Qualifications- 2+ years of Accounts Payable, Vendor Maintenance, Supplier Onboarding, or Procure-to-Pay experience
- Experience working within ERP systems such as Oracle, JD Edwards, Coupa, or similar platforms
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Knowledge of vendor documentation, payment information, and AP processes
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Degree not required
