About the Role

Senior Accountant

$90,000-$110,000 | SW Metro | Primarily Onsite

Responsibilities
  • Own full-cycle accounting for a portfolio of senior living and healthcare communities
  • Lead month-end close and financial statement preparation
  • Drive budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis
  • Audit support, lender reporting, and debt compliance
  • Partner with operational leaders on financial performance
  • Monitor cash flow, AR, AP, payroll, and occupancy trends
  • Mentor and support accounting team members
Requirements
  • 7+ years accounting experience
  • Full-cycle accounting background
  • Strong financial analysis and reporting skills
  • ERP/accounting systems experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • Property management, healthcare, senior living, or public accounting experience preferred
  • CPA a plus
