Responsibilities- Own full-cycle accounting for a portfolio of senior living and healthcare communities
- Lead month-end close and financial statement preparation
- Drive budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis
- Audit support, lender reporting, and debt compliance
- Partner with operational leaders on financial performance
- Monitor cash flow, AR, AP, payroll, and occupancy trends
- Mentor and support accounting team members
Requirements- 7+ years accounting experience
- Full-cycle accounting background
- Strong financial analysis and reporting skills
- ERP/accounting systems experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Property management, healthcare, senior living, or public accounting experience preferred
- CPA a plus
