What You'll Be Part Of:
- Serve as the Controller's right hand across accounting operations
- Lead month-end close, financial reporting, reconciliations, and general ledger activity
- Help oversee AP, AR, and payroll processes
- Mentor and develop accounting staff
- Drive process improvements, automation, and operational efficiencies
- Partner with leaders across the business to improve decision-making and reporting
Who Tends To Do Well Here:
- Strong accounting foundation with month-end close and financial reporting experience
- Prior leadership, mentorship, or supervisory experience
- Comfortable communicating with both finance and non-finance teams
- Naturally curious and interested in how the entire business operates
- Process-minded and always looking for a better way to do things
Minnesota Pay Transparency Disclosure: Expected base salary range of $110,000-$130,000 annually. Final compensation will depend on experience, qualifications, and overall fit.
