I'm partnering with a growing manufacturer in the Triad to identify a
Quality Control Manager to lead laboratory operations, strengthen compliance programs, and develop a high-performing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a quality professional who thrives in a hands-on leadership role within a highly regulated manufacturing environment.
What You'll Do- Lead and develop a team of laboratory technicians while overseeing day-to-day QC operations.
- Ensure compliance with quality systems, laboratory procedures, electronic records requirements, and ISO standards.
- Drive process improvements, investigations, documentation, and audit readiness.
- Partner with operations, quality assurance, and product development teams to support business growth.
- Serve as a hands-on leader who can mentor staff, solve problems, and build strong team engagement.
What We're Looking For- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Microbiology, or a related scientific discipline.
- Experience leading teams in a laboratory, quality, or regulated manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of LIMS, electronic records, compliance, and quality management systems.
- Background in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, food manufacturing, chemicals, consumer products, or other regulated industries preferred.
- A collaborative, servant-leadership style with the ability to drive change and continuous improvement.
