I'm partnering with a growing manufacturing organization in the Greensboro area to find a
Warehouse Operations Coordinator who thrives on accuracy, organization, and continuous improvement. This is a hands-on role with visibility across receiving, inventory control, production support, and shipping operations, along with future leadership growth potential.
What You'll Do: • Manage inbound receiving, put-away, inventory control, and cycle counts
• Coordinate kitting for production work orders with a focus on accuracy
• Oversee outbound shipments, carrier coordination, and shipping documentation
• Maintain inventory records in a WMS/ERP system
• Improve warehouse organization, material flow, and operational efficiency
• Support a growing operation with potential supervisory responsibilities in the future
What We're Looking For: • 3+ years of warehouse, logistics, or inventory experience
• Strong background in inventory control, cycle counting, and shipping/receiving
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
• WMS/ERP experience required
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
