About the Role

We are proactively seeking experienced HRIS Analysts for upcoming opportunities with our clients across a variety of industries. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting HR systems, maintaining employee data integrity, generating reports, and partnering with HR, Payroll, and business leaders to improve processes and system functionality. Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and support HRIS platforms and related systems
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of employee and organizational data
  • Create, run, and analyze HR reports and dashboards
  • Troubleshoot system issues and provide end-user support
  • Assist with system implementations, upgrades, testing, and enhancements
  • Partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and IT teams on system-related projects
  • Develop and maintain documentation, workflows, and reporting processes
  • Support data audits, compliance initiatives, and process improvement efforts
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field preferred
  • 2+ years of HRIS experience
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, data management, and reporting
  • Experience working with HRIS platforms such as Workday, UKG, ADP, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar systems
  • Advanced Excel skills, including reporting and data analysis
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Experience
  • HRIS implementations, conversions, or upgrades
  • Dashboard and report development
  • Data migration and system testing
  • Benefits, payroll, or compensation systems support
  • Experience working in a multi-state or large employee environment
Pay Details: $32.00 to $38.00 per hour
