We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representative job in High Point, NC! This is a temp to hire, fully on-site role. In this role, you are responsible for helping customers by phone, answering questions, scheduling service appointments, processing payments, and resolving service-related issues. This role works closely with technicians to ensure customers receive timely and effective support.
Responsibilities- Answer incoming customer calls and return voicemails.
- Respond to questions about services, warranties, and repairs.
- Schedule repair and maintenance appointments.
- Troubleshoot basic customer issues and outages.
- Process customer payments and update account information.
- Document customer concerns and service requests accurately.
- Assist with generator monitoring and data entry.
- Contact customers regarding past-due service balances.
- Communicate with customers and technicians through phone, email, and work orders.
Requirements- Associates or Bachelors Degree preferred.
- At least 2 years of customer service experience required.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Good problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and comfort learning new software.
- Team-oriented with strong attention to detail.
Pay Details: $19.00 to $20.00 per hour
