About the Role

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representative job in High Point, NC! This is a temp to hire, fully on-site role. In this role, you are responsible for helping customers by phone, answering questions, scheduling service appointments, processing payments, and resolving service-related issues. This role works closely with technicians to ensure customers receive timely and effective support.

Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming customer calls and return voicemails.
  • Respond to questions about services, warranties, and repairs.
  • Schedule repair and maintenance appointments.
  • Troubleshoot basic customer issues and outages.
  • Process customer payments and update account information.
  • Document customer concerns and service requests accurately.
  • Assist with generator monitoring and data entry.
  • Contact customers regarding past-due service balances.
  • Communicate with customers and technicians through phone, email, and work orders.
Requirements
  • Associates or Bachelors Degree preferred.
  • At least 2 years of customer service experience required.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Good problem-solving and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills and comfort learning new software.
  • Team-oriented with strong attention to detail.
Pay Details: $19.00 to $20.00 per hour
