About the Role

Customer Service Rep
LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a transportation based company near the Phoenix airport who is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their growing team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, handling high-volume communications, and providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. The schedule is Monday-Friday 6a-3pm. Hourly pay starts at $21/hr.
Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and in person.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding transportation services, account information, and general questions.
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally while ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Accurately enter, update, and maintain customer information in company systems.
  • Process customer requests and complete required documentation with a high level of accuracy.
  • Communicate with internal departments to research and resolve customer issues.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-up activities.
  • Assist with account maintenance, service inquiries, and general administrative support.
  • Perform data entry, filing, and other clerical tasks as assigned.
  • Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction expectations while maintaining professionalism.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Transportation, logistics, fleet, or related industry experience is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new software systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a team environment.
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred ($1.00/hour bilingual differential).
