Senior Accounts Payable LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced
Senior Accounts Payable Specialist to join a growing organization near Chandler. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong, high-volume AP experience who is comfortable managing the full AP cycle and working in a fast-paced environment. This role if fully onsite, Monday-Friday. Salary range is between $60,000-$65,000 DOE.
Responsibilities: - Manage the full cycle Accounts Payable process from invoice receipt through payment
- Process a high volume of invoices accurately and efficiently
- Manage a high-volume weekly check run
- Perform invoice matching, coding, and verification
- Reconcile vendor statements and research discrepancies
- Communicate with vendors regarding invoices, payments, and account issues
- Maintain accurate AP records and documentation
- Assist with month-end close and AP reporting
- Ensure payments are processed accurately and on schedule
Requirements: - 3+ years of full-cycle Accounts Payable experience - MUST HAVE
- High-volume AP experience - MUST HAVE
- Experience managing high-volume weekly check runs
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong Excel and accounting systems experience
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
