Temporary Office Administrator
LHH is seeking a temporary Office Administrator for our client in the Loop. This organization is conveniently located about 1 block from Willis Tower, and needs short term coverage.
Start date: July 6, 2026
End date: July 23, 2026
Hours: Monday - Thursday, 9AM-4PM
Pay rate: $24-26/hour
Dress code: Casual
Responsibilities include,
- Ordering various office supplies via vendor websites, as well as office snacks and refreshments (Instacart, Amazon Fresh)
- Refilling snacks/coffee/water in office kitchen
- Greeting visitors and logging them into building system
- Putting in work orders for equipment or office repairs
- Sorting mail, accepting and distributing packages
- Keeping conference rooms tidy, erasing whiteboards, etc.

Apple (Mac) computers is required.

Pay Details: $24.00 to $26.00 per hour
