Operations & Warehouse Manager to lead daily operations across warehousing, production, shipping, receiving, inventory, and quality. This is a unique opportunity for a hands-on operations leader who enjoys solving problems in real time, leading teams on the warehouse floor, and driving operational excellence in a fast-paced, perishable products environment.
This role is based in
Tualatin, OR and is
100% on-site . The ideal candidate brings experience within food manufacturing, food distribution, or other perishable environments and enjoys balancing people leadership, production planning, inventory management, and continuous improvement. This position offers a base salary of
$85,000-$100,000 DOE .
What You'll Do • Lead daily warehouse, production, shipping, receiving, and quality operations.
• Manage labor planning, production schedules, and staffing priorities in a constantly changing environment.
• Coordinate inbound materials, production timelines, and outbound customer deliveries.
• Drive inventory accuracy through cycle counts, lot tracking, and warehouse organization.
• Monitor operational KPIs while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and cost savings.
• Partner closely with Supply Chain, Logistics, and executive leadership to prioritize customer orders and production schedules.
• Coach, develop, and lead warehouse and production supervisors while fostering accountability and teamwork.
• Ensure customer deadlines are met while maintaining high product quality standards.
• Utilize ERP systems and operational data to support production planning, forecasting, and inventory management.
• Promote a culture focused on safety, quality, communication, and continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For • Bachelor's degree preferred in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of operations, warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution leadership experience.
• Experience within food manufacturing, food processing, produce, agriculture, refrigerated goods, or other perishable product environments strongly preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Strong experience with production scheduling, labor planning, inventory management, and warehouse operations.
• Experience utilizing ERP systems and production planning software.
• Proven ability to lead teams in fast-paced, high-volume operational environments.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills with a hands-on leadership style.
• Experience using KPIs and operational metrics to drive continuous improvement.
