Leasing Consultant (Contract Opportunity) Portland Metro Area | $24-$26/hr
1-2 Month Contract.
We're partnering with a residential property management organization seeking a customer-focused
Leasing Consultant to support leasing operations and provide an exceptional experience for prospective and current residents.
What You'll Do - Serve as the first point of contact for prospective residents
- Conduct property and unit tours, highlighting community features and amenities
- Respond to leads from online inquiries, walk-ins, phone calls, and email
- Guide prospective residents through the application and screening process
- Deliver excellent customer service and address resident inquiries
- Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, perform unit inspections, and maintain documentation
- Support day-to-day property operations and uphold community presentation standards
What We're Looking For - At least 2 years of leasing, property management, or related customer-facing experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Fair Housing training (proof of completion required)
- Valid driver's license
- Comfortable traveling between properties, driving as needed, and tracking mileage
- Organized, professional, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Compensation & Schedule - $24-$26/hour
