Inside Sales Associate to support business growth by developing customer relationships, generating revenue opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers within an assigned territory
- Generate new business through outbound calls, email outreach, and follow-up on inbound leads
- Convert quotes into sales orders while identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities
- Promote company products, services, and programs to existing and prospective customers
- Track sales activity, pipeline progress, and key performance metrics
- Collaborate with field sales representatives and internal departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Stay informed on market trends, customer needs, and industry developments
- Provide exceptional customer service and timely follow-up
- Contribute ideas for process improvements and increased team efficiency
- Support a positive, professional, and safety-focused work environment
- Assist with additional projects and responsibilities as needed
QualificationsRequired Skills- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Comfortable discussing pricing, customer needs, and sales opportunities
- Ability to analyze sales data and identify growth opportunities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Preferred Qualifications- Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or similar platforms
- Previous inside sales, customer service, or account management experience
- Industry-related sales experience is a plus
Education- High School Diploma or GED required
- Additional education in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
