We are seeking a motivated and professional Inside Sales Representative to serve as the first point of contact between organizations and prospective clients. In this role, you will engage with executives and key decision-makers, generate interest in business solutions, and schedule qualified introductory meetings that help build long-term business relationships.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys outbound calling, excels at building rapport, and is driven by achieving measurable results.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct outbound calls to C-suite executives and senior decision-makers.
- Schedule qualified introductory appointments for business development professionals.
- Identify and qualify opportunities using established qualification processes.
- Maintain accurate lead and prospect information within the CRM/database.
- Follow up consistently with prospective clients to nurture opportunities.
- Meet or exceed appointment-setting and activity goals.
- Represent the organization professionally and communicate value propositions effectively.
- Collaborate with team members and management to support business growth objectives.
Qualifications- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Proven prospecting, cold-calling, or appointment-setting experience preferred.
- Strong listening, organization, and time-management skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
- Attention to detail and accurate data entry skills.
- Comfortable using computer systems, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to maintain productivity and performance standards in a structured work environment.
