We are seeking an Account Manager to support domestic and international customers in a fast-paced environment. This role serves as the primary point of contact for order management, customer communication, and cross-functional coordination.
Responsibilities:- Enter and manage customer purchase orders
- Coordinate order changes, updates, and back orders
- Communicate order status and resolve customer issues
- Partner with Inventory, Sales, Accounting, and Shipping teams
- Ensure accuracy and timely fulfillment of customer orders
Qualifications:- Strong customer service or account management experience
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- International customer service experience is a plus
- Bachelor's degree preferred, not required
