Office Manager / Administrative CoordinatorBergen County, NJ | Full-Time | On-SiteOur client is seeking a proactive, highly organized Office Manager to keep daily operations running smoothly and create a welcoming, professional workplace environment. This individual will support office operations, coordinate meetings and events, manage vendors and supplies, oversee shipping and receiving, and handle a variety of administrative projects.
Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day office operations and workplace organization
- Coordinate office supplies, kitchen inventory, and common areas
- Support meetings, calendars, conference room scheduling, and logistics
- Oversee incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Coordinate vendors, service providers, and office maintenance
- Organize lunches, catering, employee events, and team activities
- Welcome guests and ensure a positive office experience
- Handle local errands and deliveries as needed
- Take ownership of special projects and administrative initiatives
Qualifications- 3+ years of office management, administrative, or related experience
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Self-starter with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Professional, service-oriented approach with a hands-on mindset
- Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle required (mileage reimbursement provided)

The client offers medical, dental, vision, company paid holidays and up to 15 days PTO.
Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year
