A growing and dynamic organization in Columbus, OH is seeking a Real Estate Planning Specialist to support its expansion and market growth initiatives. This role plays a key part in analyzing market data, supporting site selection strategies, and providing insights that influence real estate decisions. The ideal candidate enjoys working with data, collaborating across teams, and contributing to strategic growth in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Support forecasting efforts by assisting in projection modeling for new site openings
- Conduct spatial and geographic analysis to identify trends and uncover growth opportunities
- Develop and distribute market analysis and site prioritization insights using a combination of research and internal data
- Maintain and enhance tools and datasets used to map locations, track growth plans, and support decision-making across teams
- Perform pre- and post-opening analysis to evaluate performance and business impact for new locations
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to support real estate planning and execution
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, analytics, or a related field preferred
- Strong analytical skills with experience working with large datasets
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables and vlookups) and data visualization tools; exposure to GIS or mapping tools is a plus
- Ability to synthesize data into actionable insights and clearly communicate findings
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Pay Details: $34.00 to $40.00 per hour
