HRIS Analyst LHH Recruitment Solutions is assisting our client located in Tacoma in hiring an HRIS Analyst. This position will be 100% onsite and a full-time, interim contract opportunity helping with a large project. In this role, you will partner with HR, Payroll, IT, and business leaders to maintain employee data, generate reports and analytics, troubleshoot system issues, support upgrades and integrations, and identify opportunities to improve HR processes. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, experience with HRIS platforms, and a passion for leveraging technology and data to enhance HR operations and support strategic business decisions.
Requirements - Bachelor's Degree in HR/Business Admin or similar field required
- Minimum 5 years experience supporting and administering HRIS platforms
- Must be knowledgeable of WA employment laws and compliance within benefits, payroll, and recruiting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Can work well with a wide array of individuals and find resolution to complex issues within a timely manner amongst different groups
Pay Details: $45.00 to $60.00 per hour
