HRIS Analyst LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring an HRIS Analyst for our healthcare client based in the Pacific Northwest. This position will be a long-term contract position and will be a 40-hour work week. This position will support and optimize HR technology systems by partnering with business leaders and IT teams to gather requirements, improve processes, and implement system enhancements. This role is responsible for analyzing business needs, developing reports and dashboards, leading testing efforts, troubleshooting system issues, creating user documentation and training materials, and supporting small to medium-sized HR technology projects. The ideal candidate is a collaborative problem-solver with strong analytical skills and a passion for delivering effective system solutions that enhance the employee experience.
Requirements - Bachelor's Degree in Business Admin/Human Resources or similar field
- Minimum 5-7 years of HRIS experience, including process modeling and systems design
- Must be proficient working within Workday HRIS and Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with a wide array of individuals
- Can work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Able to analytically problem-solve and work well independently
Pay Details: $40.00 to $45.00 per hour
