- Work closely with production teams to ensure smooth event operations
- Maintain organization and inventory of event equipment
- Support day-of logistics and troubleshoot issues as they arise
- Ensure a safe, clean, and professional event environment
Qualifications - Previous experience in event production, festivals, concerts, street fairs, or similar environments strongly preferred
- Candidates with restaurant, hospitality, or other high-volume, fast-paced experience are encouraged to apply
- Comfortable performing physical labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Ability to lift and move equipment (typically up to 50 lbs)
- Valid driver's license and ability to drive larger vehicles preferred
- Reliable transportation to various event sites throughout the Portland area
- Strong work ethic with a willingness to take on "hands-on" and physically demanding work
- Flexible and dependable, with availability for early mornings, evenings, and weekends
What We're Looking For - Team players who enjoy being active and working behind the scenes
- Individuals who take pride in helping execute high-quality events
- People who are adaptable, proactive, and willing to jump in wherever needed
- Candidates who are comfortable with the gritty side of event production-not just coordination, but hands-on execution
Why This Role This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being out in the field, working on a variety of exciting events, and contributing to experiences that bring the community together. No two days are the same, and you'll play a critical role in making each event a success.
