Position Overview
The Data Entry Clerk will play a key role in maintaining accurate business records and ensuring information is entered, updated, and validated across multiple systems. This individual will work with a variety of documents and databases, helping to support day-to-day administrative and operational functions.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling large volumes of information while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
  • Input, update, and verify data within company databases and business applications.
  • Review information for completeness and accuracy, identifying and correcting discrepancies as needed.
  • Process electronic and paper-based records while maintaining data integrity.
  • Organize, scan, file, and maintain documents in accordance with established procedures.
  • Generate reports and retrieve information upon request from internal stakeholders.
  • Perform routine data audits to ensure records remain current and accurate.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve inconsistencies and improve processes.
  • Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive business information.
  • Support administrative projects and other clerical tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, clerical operations, or office coordination preferred.
  • Strong typing and keyboarding skills with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Outlook.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a structured environment.
  • Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Experience working with databases, ERP systems, or record management platforms is a plus.
