About the Role

HR Generalist
Our client is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support a wide range of human resources functions, including employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, and HR compliance. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who enjoys partnering with employees and leadership to support a positive workplace culture.
Responsibilities
  • Support employee relations, performance management, and HR policies
  • Assist with recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and offboarding
  • Administer benefits and leave programs
  • Maintain employee records and ensure HR compliance
  • Partner with managers on workforce and employee matters
  • Support training and employee development initiatives
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • 3+ years of HR Generalist experience
  • Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
  • Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) preferred
