About the Role

Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist (Contract)

Location: North Raleigh

Pay: $28-$32 per hour

Schedule: Full-time, Hybrid

Contract Length: 3-6 Months

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist to support full-cycle recruiting efforts for a Team in N. Raleigh. This onsite role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is confident working independently, and can manage multiple requisitions from intake to offer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruiting, including intake meetings, posting roles, sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and extending offers.
  • Manage job postings across multiple platforms to attract quality candidates.
  • Conduct phone screens and assess candidate qualifications, fit, and alignment with job requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and provide updates throughout the hiring process.
  • Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding handoff.
Required Qualifications
  • Full-cycle recruiting experience (sourcing through offer acceptance).
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time?management skills.
  • Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously.
Preferred Skills
  • Background recruiting in corporate, supply chain, or similar environments.
  • Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with job boards, Boolean searches, and outreach strategies.
Pay Details: $28.00 to $32.00 per hour
