Do you have at least three years of accounts payable experience with experience supporting in fast paced environments? Do you have experience processing a high volume of invoices daily? We are looking for an accounts payable specialist for a new job in Pleasanton, CA. Key Responsibilities: - Process high-volume vendor invoices and ensure timely payments
- Match purchase orders, receipts, and invoices for accuracy
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions
- Credit card reconciliations
- Collaborate with project managers and procurement teams to ensure proper coding and approvals
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies
- Support audits and provide documentation as needed
Qualifications: - 3+ years of accounts payable experience
- Proficiency in accounting software Great Plains is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
