We are seeking an experienced accounting professional to support operational and financial objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare journal entries, including daily transactions, payroll, and month-end close activities
- Process vendor payments (check, ACH, and online) and resolve discrepancies as needed
- Reconcile bank accounts and general ledger accounts; post adjusting entries
- Assist in preparing monthly financial statements
- Prepare annual reports, including 1099 filings
Education & Experience- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field a plus
- 2+ years of related experience
Pay Details: $25.00 to $29.00 per hour
