About the Role

We are seeking an experienced accounting professional to support operational and financial objectives.
Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare journal entries, including daily transactions, payroll, and month-end close activities
  • Process vendor payments (check, ACH, and online) and resolve discrepancies as needed
  • Reconcile bank accounts and general ledger accounts; post adjusting entries
  • Assist in preparing monthly financial statements
  • Prepare annual reports, including 1099 filings
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field a plus
  • 2+ years of related experience
Pay Details: $25.00 to $29.00 per hour
