Accounts Payable Specialist to support a high-volume AP department during an exciting period of growth and transition. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities, and is able to make an immediate impact.
Key Responsibilities- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions accurately and efficiently
- Code invoices and ensure proper approvals are obtained
- Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and vendor inquiries
- Reconcile vendor statements
- Assist with payment processing and AP reporting
- Manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities in a dynamic environment
- Support various accounts payable functions as needed
Qualifications- 2+ years of previous accounts payable experience required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required
Additional Information- Onsite role, full time role in Tulsa, OK
- Overtime available during peak periods
Pay Details: $24.00 to $26.00 per hour
