Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Coordinator to support daily inventory and product operations within a corporate office setting. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong eye for accuracy, the ability to work independently, and experience in inventory or retail environments, particularly with merchandise tagging and product verification.
Key Responsibilities - Receive incoming stock and reconcile products against invoices for accuracy
- Verify item details by cross-checking product tags against system records
- Ensure all merchandise is correctly labeled and processed according to company standards
- Prepare products for return to manufacturers when needed
- Assist with distribution and shipment preparation to retail locations
- Maintain organized records and update tracking systems, including Excel
- Meet daily processing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications - A minimum of 1 year of previous experience in inventory, retail operations, or merchandise processing required
- Hands-on experience with tagging, labeling, or product verification strongly preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry, tracking, basic functions)
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Comfortable working in a quiet, focused environment
Pay Details: $19.00 to $20.00 per hour
