About the Role

Leave of Absence (LOA) Analyst
We're seeking an experienced Leave of Absence Analyst to guide employees and leaders through the leave management process while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and manage leave programs including FMLA, CFRA, PDL, ADA accommodations, and other protected leaves.
  • Review leave requests, determine eligibility, and maintain accurate case documentation.
  • Serve as the primary resource for employees and managers regarding leave policies and procedures.
  • Track leave durations, documentation, and return-to-work processes.
  • Maintain compliance with applicable leave laws and company policies.
  • Update employee leave statuses within HRIS systems and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
  • Analyze leave trends, generate reports, and provide recommendations for process improvements.
  • Deliver exceptional employee support while handling sensitive and confidential information.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 3+ years of hands-on Leave of Absence administration, including continuous and intermittent leaves.
  • Proven experience with end-to-end LOA processing and ADA accommodations.
  • Strong knowledge of FMLA, CFRA, ADA, PDL, and related leave regulations.
  • Experience with HRIS systems, reporting, and case management.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Must pass Background check, Drug screening, Tuberculosis (TB) test
Monday to Friday 8AM-5PM | Los Angeles, CA 90004 ONSITE
Pay Details: $28.00 to $33.00 per hour
