We are seeking an experienced Leave of Absence & Wellbeing Analyst to provide coverage during a temporary leave. This is a 5-month contract opportunity at a Analyst Level, supporting day-to-day leave administration and ensuring continuity across employee wellbeing programs.
Location & Schedule- Location: Florham Park, NJ
- Schedule: Hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 days remote)
- Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Training/Overlap: 4-5 weeks
- Assignment Duration: Approximately 5 months
Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end leave of absence processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Administer and track daily, weekly, and monthly leave workflows
- Serve as a key point of contact for employees, HR partners, and leadership
- Oversee and coordinate FMLA, ADA accommodations, and disability leaves
- Ensure smooth transition and coverage during the leave period
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and company leave policies
- Provide guidance and support on concurrent leave management
Required Qualifications- Strong experience with FMLA administration
- In-depth knowledge of ADA and accommodations processes
- Hands-on experience with short-term and long-term disability programs
- Background managing paid parental leave
- Understanding of concurrent leave coordination and compliance requirements
Pay Details: $30.00 to $38.00 per hour
