HR Project Coordinator (Bilingual English/Spanish a PLUS)Location: Montvale, NJ
Schedule: Hybrid (4 days onsite to start, transitioning to 2-3 days onsite)
Salary: Up to $80,000
Position OverviewSeeking an HR Project Coordinator to support the implementation and execution of key HR programs and initiatives across North America. This role will partner closely with HR leadership to coordinate projects, drive employee engagement efforts, support training initiatives, and ensure effective communication across a diverse workforce.
Responsibilities- Coordinate and support the implementation of global HR programs, including:
- Employee engagement and survey initiatives
- Performance management programs
- Talent management processes
- Compliance and training platforms
- Other strategic HR initiatives
- Assist with the rollout of global HR programs while ensuring alignment with corporate HR guidelines and North American operational needs.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables for HR initiatives.
- Track project progress, completion metrics, and key performance indicators.
- Prepare status reports and present project updates to HR leadership.
- Provide bilingual (English/Spanish) translation and communication support for:
- HR policies and procedures
- Standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Program launches and organizational communications
- Operational change initiatives
- Partner with HR leadership to deliver onboarding programs, safety policy acknowledgements, and employee training for Spanish-speaking associates.
- Facilitate employee communication sessions and engagement activities at site locations to promote inclusion and participation.
- Utilize Lean Management principles to evaluate HR administrative processes and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
- Support new site launches, business transitions, and contract onboarding activities.
- Travel to site locations throughout North America as needed to support HR initiatives and project rollouts.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification strongly preferred.
- 3-5 years of progressive HR experience with a focus on:
- HR project coordination
- HR generalist support
- Program implementation
- Employee engagement initiatives
- Experience supporting multi-site operations preferred.
- Previous experience in 3PL, warehousing, distribution, logistics, or manufacturing environments highly preferred.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Experience managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and spoken) strongly preferred.
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 25% to support site operations and project rollouts.
