LHH is actively searching to add a full cycle AR/Collections Specialist to the team of a leader in the manufacturing industry for a 6 month contract! Our client is located in North Atlanta to and offers a competitive hourly rate with an onsite schedule Monday-Friday!
Requirements: - 4+ years of recent accounts receivable/commercial collections experience preferably in a high volume environment
- Credit holds/releases
- Payment negotiations
- Excel proficiency to include pivot tables and v/x lookup .
Essential Job Functions - Provides customer service regarding collection issues (payments), processes and reviews account adjustments, resolve discrepancies on accounts.
- Responsible for high volume of communication to customers
- Research of misapplied payments and recommends write-offs
- Processes settlement offers and provides collection agencies proper documentation.
- Communicates effectively in a timely manner towards inquiry resolution

Pay Details: $27.00 to $30.00 per hour
