We are in search of a Senior Finance Manager is a key member of the site leadership team and serves as a strategic business partner to operational leadership. This role is responsible for the day to day financial management of the business unit, including financial planning and analysis, forecasting, strategic planning, and site level accounting activities. Title: Senior Finance Manager
Location: Chalfont, Pa
Salary: $60-$70/hr.
Temp to Perm Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership & Business Partnering• Act as a true business partner to site leadership, evaluating performance against annual budgets and long term business objectives
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations related to financial and operational strategy
• Develop and implement tools, dashboards, and reporting to support leadership decision making
• Support the establishment of annual objectives, operating plans, and meeting cadence
• Partner with external consultants and auditors as needed
Executive Management• Serve as an active member of the site leadership team
• Participate in decisions related to strategic initiatives, operating models, and execution plans
• Collaborate cross functionally to influence outcomes without direct authority
Financial Planning & Analysis• Prepare and maintain monthly forecasts, including profit and loss reporting by division versus budget
• Analyze financial results and identify key drivers, risks, and opportunities
• Support evaluation of business initiatives such as capital investments, asset acquisitions, and new program launches
• Develop and manage the capital budget
• Participate in routine financial calls with division and corporate leadership
Finance & Forecasting• Oversee cash flow planning and ensure adequate liquidity
• Monitor cash, working capital, and asset management
• Build forward looking, predictive financial models and activity based analyses to support strategic planning
• Support revenue recognition analysis for project based work in accordance with accounting standards
Planning & Budgeting• Coordinate the annual budgeting process and ongoing forecast cycles
• Develop financial business plans aligned with operational goals
Team Leadership & Development• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of finance professionals, including cost accounting, accounting, and financial analysis roles
• Manage workload allocation, training, performance evaluations, and issue resolution
• Foster a collaborative, high performance team environment
Cash & Risk Management• Oversee weekly cash management activities and approve payables
• Provide oversight and support for accounts receivable and collections
• Monitor key legal and financial risks impacting the business unit
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, audit, and reporting requirements
Qualifications• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration required
• CPA and/or MBA strongly preferred
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive financial management experience within a manufacturing environment
• Strong foundation in accounting with hands on cost accounting experience
• Experience supporting shared services environments and project based accounting
• Proven ability to analyze revenue recognition under applicable accounting standards
• Experience with ERP and consolidation systems; exposure to advanced forecasting tools preferred
• Demonstrated ability to influence cross functional stakeholders and senior leaders
• Strong people leadership, problem solving, and communication skills
Work Environment• Hybrid schedule with multiple days onsite per week
• Onsite collaboration with operations and leadership teams
