Key Responsibilities- Manage full-cycle accounts receivable processes.
- Apply cash receipts and reconcile customer accounts.
- Monitor AR aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances.
- Research and resolve payment discrepancies, short pays, and unapplied cash.
- Investigate and resolve billing disputes.
- Collaborate with accounting, finance, and customer service teams.
- Prepare account reconciliations and reporting for management.
- Support month-end close activities related to AR.
- Maintain accurate customer account records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies.
Qualifications- 2+ years of Accounts Receivable, Collections, Billing, or related accounting experience.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar.
- Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Preferred Experience- High-volume transaction environments.
- Cash application and account reconciliation.
- B2B collections and customer account management.
- Process improvement initiatives.
