Patient Registration opportunities located in the
Downtown Indianapolis area!
Responsibilities - Confirming demographic, financial, and miscellaneous clinical information with patients upon their arrival for an appointment or procedure.
- Maintaining professionalism while greeting patients and providing great customer service at all times.
- Facilitating copay collection conversations with patients and ensuring all questions are answered.
- Managing patient flow from the point of entry to destination.
Requirements - Some office, food service, or retail experience required.
- Ability to communicate proactively and effectively required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment required.
- Ability to go above and beyond with your customer service skills required!
Work Hours (Multiple Options Available): - 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM availability M-F
- 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM rotating schedule with alternating weekends
- 12:00 PM to 12:00 AM rotating schedule with alternating weekends
Job Type: Contract-to-hire & 40 hrs/wk
Pay Details: $16.00 per hour
