About the RoleLHH Recruitment is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
Inside Sales Specialist's to join our tenured client's team in NE Portland. This role is ideal for someone with experience in a
technical and/or industrial manufacturing environment who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused sales setting. You will play a key role in supporting sales growth by managing inbound inquiries, developing client relationships, and coordinating closely with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities- Manage inbound sales inquiries and assist Outside Sales team with generatation of new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers across industrial and manufacturing sectors
- Prepare and deliver quotes, proposals, and product recommendations based on customer needs
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and production teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment
- Maintain CRM records, track sales activity, and provide pipeline updates
- Follow up on leads, manage sales cycles, and close business to meet or exceed targets
- Provide technical product support and troubleshoot customer questions
- Stay informed on product offerings, market trends, and competitive landscape
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of experience in lieu of a degree
- 2+ years of inside sales or related experience, preferably within a technical, industrial, or manufacturing environment
- Ability to understand and communicate technical product information
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Proven ability to multitask and manage priorities in a deadline-driven environment
Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year
