This is a

What You'll Own- Lead and develop a team of commercial HVAC technicians
- Serve as the go-to technical expert in the field
- Oversee service operations, scheduling, and execution
- Partner cross-functionally with ops, leadership, and customers
- Drive performance, accountability, and culture across the team
✅ Non-Negotiables- Commercial HVAC experience REQUIRED (no residential-only backgrounds)
- Hands-on background as an HVAC technician (must have come up through the tools)
- Prior leadership experience (Service Manager, Supervisor, or Lead Tech)
- Strong troubleshooting + technical expertise
- Comfortable balancing field presence + office leadership

Junior Estimator to join a fast-paced, growing mechanical team where you'll gain hands-on exposure to
bids, takeoffs, and project costing across large-scale commercial projects.
Perfect for someone hungry, detail-oriented, and ready to learn.
What You'll Do- Assist with HVAC/mechanical estimates and proposals
- Perform quantity takeoffs and review plans/specs
- Support bid preparation and pricing strategy
- Collaborate with project and field teams
✅ Non-Negotiables- Background or exposure to HVAC, mechanical, or construction
- Experience (or internship) with estimating, takeoffs, or plans/specs
- Strong Excel and attention to detail
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a technical environment
Nice-to-Have- Mechanical or construction-related degree
- Experience with estimating software or project tools
