About the Role

LHH Recruitment Solutions is anticipating that our clients will be reaching out to us looking for Direct Hire Executive Administrative Assistants with who possess a legal background. With those anticipated needs in mind, we are proactively recruiting to see who in the market would consider making a move. If you are interested, we would like to hear from you. Qualified candidates will have the following experience and qualifications:
Responsibilities and Qualifications
  1. Heavy scheduling (including experience with international reservations)
  2. Maintenance of attorney calendar(s)
  3. Contract management
  4. Correspondence
  5. Email database and document management
  6. Prepare attorney(s) for scheduled calls/meetings
  7. Conduct conflict searches
  8. Opening of new matters, including litigation matters
  9. Follow-up with in-house attorneys on various matters for updates and/or assignments
  10. Remind attorney(s) of all deadlines; ensure that deadlines are met, or extensions are received
  11. Organize client conferences
  12. Back-up to other EA's
  13. Experience as an EA within a legal practice. (Law firm experience or in house legal department experience will suffice.)
  14. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, primarily Word, Excel, Kofax (Adobe), DocuSign and Zoom
  15. Calendar and inbox management proficiency required
  16. Highly organized, able to multi-task and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment and complete tasks in a timely manner with great efficiency and accuracy
  17. Self-motivated team player who is able to work as part of a team but also takes the initiative to work independently
  18. Ability to compose, edit and proofread legal documents, correspondence, and reports
  19. Ability to coordinate and manage routine administrative work, such as scheduling meetings,
  20. Polished, professional and ability to communicate clearly, calmly, and concisely

Pay Details: $65,000.00 to $85,000.00 per year
