Work Schedule: Fully Onsite (1/4)
Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 DOE
A leading global law firm is seeking an experienced
Litigation Legal Support Specialist to support a high-volume litigation team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Position Overview:Provide high-level administrative and litigation support to 3+ attorneys, assisting with matters from inception through trial and post-trial.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage calendars, coordinate depositions/mediations, and arrange travel
- Prepare, format, and e-file legal documents in state and federal courts
- Draft correspondence and assist with pleadings, motions, and discovery
- Maintain case files and track deadlines
- Support trial preparation, including exhibits, binders, and witness coordination
- Assist with document review, summaries, and deposition materials
- Enter attorney time and assist with billing as needed
Qualifications:- 10+ years of litigation legal secretary or legal support experience
- Strong knowledge of court rules, filings, and legal documentation
- Experience with state and federal e-filing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; iManage preferred
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines
Additional Details:- Fully onsite position in Los Angeles
- Overtime required as needed
